Jazz Bassist, Journalist, and Historian Jonah Jonathan interviews Dr. David Demsey who is an excellent saxophonist who has worked with the whos who of both the jazz and classical worlds. Dr. Demsey has played with Paquito D'Rivera, Milt Hinton, Rufus Reid, Clark Terry, James Williams, Mulgrew Miler, Jim McNeely, and Todd Coolman. He has also worked with the New York Philharmonic, The Metropolitan Opera, and The American Saxophone Quartet. David Demsey is currently the co-leader of the Jazz Program at William Paterson University.
